Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact
- The item should be in the same condition as received
- A valid proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required
How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:
- Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, we will share return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label
- Ship the product within 3 days of receiving return authorization
Refund Process
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy
- We offer exchanges for items of equal or higher value
- Any price difference must be paid by the customer
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized jewellery (including engraved items)
- Sale or discounted items
Important Notes
- Saundarya reserves the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery with supporting images
